React Job: Technical Lead

We are looking for a full stack developer with specialization in Backend development and 3-5 years of experience in the industry. We want someone who is an experienced software engineering lead and has deep technical understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Lead Software Engineer and direct and mentor a team of enthusiastic developers.
• Engage with team members through technical discussions, design and ideation through white-boarding.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Communicate clearly with your team and management to define and achieve goals.
• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions that can be turned into parallel work that can be delegated to team members.
• Supervise the team and ensure that a balance of quality and speed is delivered and best practices are implemented.
• Create scalable and well tested software solutions and articulate differences among architectural options.
• Promote and practice continuous learning.
• Liaise between the USA team and the India team and ensure efficient communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3 plus years experience in the industry.
• Great communication skills and good command over English.
• Experienced in software design/architecture, scripting and backend services deployments.
• Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews.
• Possessing strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with a team and take a leadership position.
• Solid understanding of Git.
• A positive and flexible attitude with growth mindset.

Technical Skills:

Solid experience with following technologies

• NodeJS
• ExpressJS
• Typescript
• ReactJS and Redux
• MongoDB
• Docker and Kubernetes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
